Controlled pilot terms

These terms cover controlled Rian Books pilots: what a pilot includes, the responsibilities of each side, supported use, confidentiality and how a pilot ends.

A pilot is a limited, agreed engagement. Rian prepares bookkeeping work and keeps evidence organised; the authorised owner, treasurer or accountant remains responsible for professional judgement, locking and statutory filing.

Both sides keep pilot information confidential. Either side may end a pilot with reasonable notice, and your organisation's records remain yours to export.

This summary is provided for search and accessibility; the full terms load with the application and govern the pilot.
