Privacy notice

This notice explains how JMS Dev Lab and Rian Books handle pilot, account, support and website-contact data. It is written in plain English and applies to the controlled Rian Books pilots.

We collect only what a pilot needs: the account and contact details of authorised users, the financial and evidence records you choose to keep in Rian, and support correspondence. We do not sell personal data.

Financial and membership records belong to your organisation. You can request access, correction or deletion of personal data, and we will respond in line with Irish and EU data-protection law.
